Zephyr Heights

Zephyr Heights is located just past the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe and is in the close vicinity to Zephyr Cove Beach & Resort. While Zephyr Heights is known predominately for having more upscale homes, this neighborhood does have a mix, ranging from new to old and small to large. It is also a mix of both full and part time residents. Snuggled into the mountain side above the lake, this area has gorgeous, elevated views of the Sierra Nevada’s and Lake Tahoe. Like the rest of the neighborhoods in this area, the casinos, nightlife, dining and shopping are all within minutes. Outdoor recreation activities are also easily accessible. Zephyr Cove Beach & Resort is close by, there are winter time activities ranging from snow shoeing and snowmobiling and summer time activities ranging from volleyball to boat rentals giving people ample opportunity to enjoy all that this area has to offer.
