Tahoe Island Drive real estate is the neighborhood right before the Tahoe Keys. Tahoe Island Park is another area apart of the neighborhood which consists of 400 homes that has a mix of 1970’s cabins to newer or updated homes. Tahoe Island Dr real estate is known for being more of a locals neighborhood. The average lot size for Tahoe Island Dr real estate is 6,000 sqft which is not a bad size for South Lake Tahoe. This market, price point wise, is considered to be mid-market.

This has the benefit of being in town but also having quick and easy access to several hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and popular beaches like Camp Richardson, Kiva and Pope.
